All products are intangible digital goods delivered electronically.

5. Payment Authentication (3D Secure)

We do not control or store 3DS credentials

9. Limited 90-Day Replacement Warranty

Dripped Vault offers a limited 90-day replacement warranty for delivery-related issues only, including:

Incorrect account details at delivery
Missing advertised items
Inability to link a specified console or platform selected at checkout
Access issues caused by delivery-time errors

This warranty:

Provides replacement or correction only
Does not provide refunds
Does not cover bans, suspensions, misuse, third-party actions, or platform policy changes

All claims are subject to verification and abuse prevention checks.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information at checkout
Secure delivered account credentials immediately
Not resell, transfer, or misuse digital goods where prohibited
Comply with applicable platform terms (e.g., game publisher policies)

We are not responsible for issues arising from customer negligence or violations of third-party terms.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks
Attempt to bypass verification or security measures
Use stolen payment methods or gift cards
Abuse warranty or support systems

Violations may result in order cancellation, service refusal, or permanent restriction.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after successful delivery may be treated as abuse.

We reserve the right to:

Contest chargebacks with evidence
Suspend or restrict future purchases
Report fraudulent activity to payment providers

13. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Trademarks

All original content on this Site, including but not limited to website design, text, graphics, logos, branding, and layout (excluding third-party trademarks and game content), is owned by or licensed to Dripped Vault and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Fortnite, Epic Games, and all related names, logos, characters, skins, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Dripped Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games.

Any references to Fortnite or related game content are for descriptive and informational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, or reuse any proprietary Site content without prior written permission.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our limited replacement warranty:

All services are provided “as is”
We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or platform changes beyond our control

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dripped Vault shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Losses resulting from third-party platform actions
Post-delivery account bans or restrictions
Customer misuse or failure to secure credentials

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
