These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of drippedvault.com operated by Dripped Vault.

By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Dripped Vault sells digital goods and services, including digital gaming accounts and digital access credentials.

All products are intangible digital goods delivered electronically.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, delay fulfillment for verification or fraud review, and cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

An order is not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed and verification, if required, is completed.

We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards where available, payment methods subject to 3D Secure authentication, and third-party gift cards where offered.

Payment availability may vary by product, region, risk profile, or checkout option.

Certain transactions may require 3D Secure or similar authentication mandated by card networks, issuing banks, or payment providers.

Authentication is handled by your bank or payment provider. Failure to complete authentication may result in a declined transaction. We do not control or store 3D Secure credentials.

To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, some orders may require identity verification. This may include government-issued photo identification, a live selfie, or a liveness check.

Orders may be delayed until verification is completed. Failure or refusal to complete verification may result in cancellation and refund before delivery. We do not permanently store government ID images, and documents are deleted or anonymized within a limited operational period.

Delivery of digital goods is considered complete when account credentials or access details are provided, or when the customer successfully accesses or uses the digital content.

Once delivery is complete, the transaction is considered fulfilled.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Delivered digital goods are non-refundable. Verification failures prior to delivery may be refunded. Gift card payments are non-refundable once redeemed.

Dripped Vault offers a limited 90-day replacement warranty for eligible delivery-related issues, including incorrect account details at delivery, access issues caused by delivery-time errors, missing advertised guaranteed items, or inability to link a specified console or platform selected at checkout where the product stated it was supported.

This warranty provides replacement or correction only. It does not provide refunds and does not cover bans, suspensions, misuse, third-party actions, platform policy changes, or issues caused after delivery. All claims are subject to verification and abuse-prevention checks.

You agree to provide accurate checkout information, secure delivered account credentials immediately, avoid resale or misuse where prohibited, and comply with applicable third-party platform terms.

We are not responsible for issues arising from customer negligence, unsafe changes, or violations of third-party terms.

You may not initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, bypass verification or security measures, use stolen payment methods or gift cards, or abuse warranty and support systems.

Violations may result in order cancellation, service refusal, or permanent restriction.

Initiating a chargeback after successful delivery may be treated as abuse. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence, restrict future purchases, and report fraudulent activity to payment providers.

Original site content, including design, text, graphics, logos, branding, and layout, excluding third-party trademarks and game content, is owned by or licensed to Dripped Vault and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Fortnite, Epic Games, and all related names, logos, characters, skins, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Dripped Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games. References to Fortnite or related game content are for descriptive and informational purposes only.

Except as expressly stated in our limited replacement warranty, services are provided as is. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or platform changes beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dripped Vault is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, losses resulting from third-party platform actions, post-delivery account bans or restrictions, customer misuse, or failure to secure credentials.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

We may terminate or restrict access to the site or services at any time for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
