How refunds, verification cancellations, gift card payments, and the limited 90-day replacement warranty work at Dripped Vault.
Policy Summary
Delivered digital goods are final sale. Refunds may apply only before delivery, for eligible verification failures, duplicate charge errors reported before delivery, or where required by law.

Digital Goods β All Sales Are Final After Delivery
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on drippedvault.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Dripped Vault sells digital goods and services, including digital gaming accounts and digital access credentials. Once digital goods have been delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Delivery is considered complete when access credentials or account details are provided to the customer, or when the customer successfully accesses or uses the delivered digital content. We cannot revoke access once delivery has occurred.
High-Risk Orders & Identity Verification
To prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and chargebacks, some orders may be flagged as high risk and require additional verification.
High-risk orders may require identity verification through a third-party provider or additional payment authentication such as 3D Secure.
If required verification is not completed, fails, or is refused, the order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method before delivery. Refunds are issued only after the verification failure is confirmed.
Payment Authentication
Certain transactions may require 3D Secure authentication as mandated by card networks, issuing banks, or payment providers.
If a customer fails to complete 3D Secure authentication or is declined by their bank during authentication, the transaction will not be completed and no delivery will occur. In those cases, no refund is required because payment was not successfully captured.
Gift Card Payments
For orders paid using third-party gift cards, gift card codes are verified before order fulfillment. Gift cards that are invalid, already redeemed, or fraudulent will result in order cancellation.
Orders paid with valid gift cards that are successfully redeemed are non-refundable. Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be reversed.
Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders suspected of fraud, deny refunds where abuse or false claims are identified, and permanently restrict access to our services for users who initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
Initiating a chargeback after successful delivery may result in account suspension or refusal of future service.
Duplicate Orders & Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or placed a duplicate order, you must contact us before delivery.
Once digital goods are delivered, duplicate or mistaken purchases are not eligible for refund.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5β10 business days to appear.
Processing times are outside of our control.
Limited 90-Day Replacement Warranty
Dripped Vault provides a limited 90-day replacement warranty for certain digital goods. This warranty applies only to verified delivery-related issues.
Covered issues may include incorrect account details provided at delivery, missing advertised guaranteed in-game items or skins, inability to link a specified console or platform selected at checkout where the product stated support, or account access issues caused by errors present at the time of delivery.
What This Warranty Provides
The limited warranty provides replacement of the affected digital good or correction of the original delivery issue.
It does not provide refunds after successful delivery.
What This Warranty Does Not Provide
The warranty does not cover buyer remorse, accidental purchases, issues caused by customer actions, third-party actions, platform policy changes, account bans, suspensions, or restrictions resulting from use after delivery.
All warranty claims are subject to verification of the original order, confirmation that the issue existed at the time of delivery, and compliance with fraud-prevention and abuse-prevention procedures. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims where abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized activity is identified.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, refunds will be issued accordingly.
