Payments Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
Bronze Package, Gold Package, and Unreal Package orders may support debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when available at checkout. Other Fortnite account products are paid with accepted gift cards, including Xbox, Apple, and Steam gift cards depending on the product and checkout option shown.
Do you accept PayPal?
No. Dripped Vault does not accept PayPal. Please use the payment methods shown at checkout for the product you are purchasing.
Can I use a digital gift card?
Yes. Digital and physical gift cards are accepted as long as the card is valid, unused, and matches the gift card type and currency selected during checkout.
Why do some products use gift card checkout?
Some Fortnite account products are processed through gift card checkout because payment availability can vary by product type. The checkout page will show the required payment method before you place the order.
Delivery Questions
How does delivery work?
After checkout, your order is reviewed and the payment is verified. Once verified, the account details are sent to the email address used during checkout. If you are logged into your account while checking out, your order details may also be available from your order page.
How long does delivery take?
Many orders are delivered quickly after payment verification, but delivery time can vary depending on the product, order review, and gift card verification. If extra verification is needed, support will contact you.
Where do I receive my account details?
Account details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Make sure your email address is entered correctly before placing your order.
Account Access Questions
Are the accounts full access?
Products marked as full access include the Fortnite login details and the email login details connected to the account. This lets you access the account and secure the provided email inbox.
Can I change the email?
Email change availability depends on the account. Some accounts may require a waiting period before the Epic Games email can be changed. If an email change date applies, it will be provided or explained with the order details.
Can I change the password?
Yes. After receiving the account details, you should secure the account by changing the password and following the instructions provided with your order.
Can I link the account to my console?
Most accounts are intended to be linkable to supported platforms such as Xbox, PlayStation, PC, Nintendo Switch, or mobile unless the product page states otherwise. Always check the product details before ordering.
Warranty & Support Questions
What is covered by the warranty?
Dripped Vault provides account protection for eligible issues such as incorrect login details, access problems, or a product not matching the guaranteed item stated on the product page. For guaranteed-skin products, the listed guaranteed skin is covered; random extra cosmetics can vary by account.
What is not covered?
Warranty coverage does not apply to issues caused after delivery by buyer actions, cheating, bans caused by gameplay behavior, account sharing, unsafe changes, chargebacks, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
What should I do if I have an issue?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. Do not repeatedly change account details before support reviews the problem.
