Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://drippedvault.com (“Dripped Vault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Goods – All Sales Are Final After Delivery

Dripped Vault sells digital goods and services, including but not limited to digital gaming accounts and digital access credentials.

Once digital goods have been delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • Access credentials or account details are provided to the customer, or

  • The customer successfully accesses or uses the delivered digital content

We cannot revoke access once delivery has occurred.


2. High-Risk Orders & Identity Verification

To prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and chargebacks, some orders may be flagged as high risk and require additional verification.

2.1 Verification Requirement

High-risk orders may require:

  • Identity verification through a third-party provider

  • Additional payment authentication (such as 3D Secure)

2.2 Failure to Complete Verification

If required verification is:

  • Not completed,

  • Fails, or

  • Is refused,

the order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued only after verification failure is confirmed.


3. Payment Authentication (3D Secure)

Certain transactions may require 3D Secure (3DS) authentication as mandated by card networks or issuing banks.

If a customer:

  • Fails to complete 3DS authentication, or

  • Is declined by their bank during 3DS

the transaction will not be completed and no delivery will occur. In such cases, no refund is required because payment was not successfully captured.


4. Gift Card Payments

For orders paid using third-party gift cards:

  • Gift card codes are verified prior to order fulfillment

  • Gift cards that are invalid, already redeemed, or fraudulent will result in order cancellation

  • Orders paid with valid gift cards that are successfully redeemed are non-refundable

Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be reversed.


5. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel and refund orders suspected of fraud

  • Deny refunds where abuse or false claims are identified

  • Permanently restrict access to our services for users who initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after successful delivery may result in account suspension or refusal of future service.


6. Duplicate Orders & Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or placed a duplicate order, you must contact us before delivery.

Once digital goods are delivered, duplicate or mistaken purchases are not eligible for refund.


7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method and may take:

  • 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Processing times are outside of our control.


8. Limited 90-Day Replacement Warranty

Dripped Vault provides a limited 90-day replacement warranty for certain digital goods.

This warranty applies only to verified delivery-related issues, including:

  • Incorrect account details provided at delivery

  • Missing advertised in-game items or skins

  • Inability to link a specified console or platform as selected at checkout

  • Account access issues caused by errors present at the time of delivery

What This Warranty Provides

  • Replacement of the affected digital good, or

  • Correction of the original delivery issue

What This Warranty Does NOT Provide

  • Refunds after successful delivery

  • Coverage for buyer remorse or accidental purchases

  • Coverage for issues caused by customer actions, third-party actions, or platform policy changes

  • Coverage for account bans, suspensions, or restrictions resulting from use after delivery

All warranty claims are subject to:

  • Verification of the original order

  • Confirmation that the issue existed at the time of delivery

  • Compliance with our fraud-prevention and abuse-prevention procedures

We reserve the right to deny warranty claims where abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized activity is identified.


9. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, refunds will be issued accordingly.
